Code
of Ethics
At imaxin we believe that intelligence—human or artificial—only makes sense when exercised responsibly.
Our Code of Ethics and Conduct is not a formality or a symbolic document. It is a binding guide that shapes how we work, how we relate to others, and how we make decisions every day.
It defines the behavioural framework for everyone who is part of the organisation, as well as for those who collaborate with imaxin: clients, suppliers, institutions and the scientific community.
The Code establishes the principles that govern our activity:
- Honesty and transparency in information.
- Respect and collaboration in internal and external relationships.
- Equal opportunities and diversity.
- Responsible use of information and data protection.
- Strict compliance with regulations on competition, anti-corruption and prevention of money laundering.
- Zero tolerance for any form of violence or discrimination.
These principles are mandatory and form part of our organisational culture.
Because technology is not neutral. And neither is the way we use it.
