Our
history
With over 25 years of experience, imaxin is one of the pioneering companies in the Galician ICT sector. It was founded in 1996 by four computer engineers with the aim of developing innovative multimedia projects in the cultural and educational fields. Over time, it expanded its scope into software localisation, language engineering, and AI-based solution development. Today, imaxin continues to evolve, combining technology, creativity, and social commitment to improve communication through language.

Quality, information security, and continuous improvement are part of our philosophy and are applied to every project, with a direct impact on client satisfaction. To this end, we have an Information Security Management System based on ISO 27001 and RD 311/2022 (ENS): Integrated Management System Policy
imaxin has obtained certification of compliance with the National Security Framework (ENS) in the scope of information systems supporting the development, maintenance, and operation of software specialised in artificial intelligence—specifically in natural language processing (machine translation, spelling and grammar checkers)—from imaxin's cloud infrastructure.
In addition, we apply the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Level 3 model, which establishes a framework of best practices focused on the continuous improvement of development and project management processes.
