2. Privacy Policy

Through this Privacy Policy, users are informed in a clear, precise and concise manner. If users accept it, they will give their consent in a free, informed, specific and unambiguous manner so that imaxin processes their personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) (the applicable European and national data protection legislation).

In the event that users provide us with third-party data, they will assume the responsibility of previously informing them and obtaining their consent for this, in accordance with Article 14 of the GDPR.

2.3. For what purposes do we process users' personal data?

imaxin processes personal data for the purposes set out below, depending on the reason for which they were provided:

  • To contact, process, manage and respond to users' requests, enquiries, incidents or queries.

2.4. What is the legal basis for processing users' data?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in the previous section: 1) is the execution of the provision of the corresponding service, and it is a mandatory obligation for this purpose.

2.5. How long will imaxin process users' personal data?

imaxin reminds users that they have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if they consider that their rights have been violated. The competent authority in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

2.8. How can commercial and promotional communications be withdrawn?

Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time to receive commercial communications, simply by notifying imaxin and indicating that they not longer wish to receive such communications. To do so, users may withdraw their consent by submitting a request using the contact details set out in Section 1.

2.9. What security measures do we have in place?

imaxin undertakes to comply with the obligation of secrecy regarding personal data and its duty to keep them, treating users' personal data at all times in a completely confidential manner, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organisational measures that guarantee the security of their data and prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed.

imaxin maintains corporate profiles on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Therefore, imaxin acts as the data controller by virtue of the existence of these profiles and your decision to follow them, which may also result in us following you.

This means that if you decide to follow our corporate profile or "like" our content or profile, you accept this policy, which explains your rights and how we use your data.

As the controller of your data, we ensure confidentiality in processing and compliance with your rights in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

On the other hand, we inform you that we will use these social networks to announce news or relevant information related to the services we offer, as well as topics we consider to be of interest to you. Using the features of these platforms, you may receive news of this type in your feed or profile.

However, we also inform you that there is no link between imaxin and these platforms or social networks. You accept their terms of use and conditions once you access them and/or validate their terms and conditions in the registration process. imaxin shall not be responsible for the use or processing of your data that takes place outside the strict relationship and provision of services indicated in this policy.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

We inform you that imaxin holds all intellectual and industrial property rights in the website, as well as all its elements (by way of example: images, sounds, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.).

The website contains texts intended to provide information to users and clients. Any error or omission in the generated content will not in any case make imaxin liable.

4. Amendments to the legal terms

imaxin may modify this legal terms in accordance with the applicable legislation at any given time. In any case, any modification to the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy will be duly notified to users so that they are informed of the changes made to the processing of their personal data and, in the event that the applicable regulations so require, they may provide their consent.

5. Regulations and jurisdiction

These legal terms are governed by Spanish law. They will remain accessible to users at all times via our website.

If the parties do not agree to submit their dispute to mediation or arbitration beforehand, this legal notice establishes the agreement to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santiago de Compostela, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
