We’re especially excited to share some news that reinforces our commitment to language and technology: we’ve completed the localisation of Easy8 (formerly Easy Redmine) into Galician. From version 15.5.0 onward, any company or organisation using this platform worldwide will be able to configure its interface in our language.
What is Easy8?
Easy8 is one of the most comprehensive project and resource management solutions on the market. Based on Redmine, it is used by thousands of teams worldwide to plan tasks, manage projects, control budgets, and organize workflows.
As regular users of the platform, we were well aware of its potential, but also of an obvious limitation: it was not available in Galician.
A strategic agreement for minority languages
With the aim of contributing to the presence of our language in the digital tools used by companies and organisations, we proposed a collaboration with Easy8 to make its localisation into Galician possible.
As a result, from now on, Galician is officially part of the platform’s languages and will be available to all users.
Moreover, this collaboration does not end here. The agreement also includes the localisation of future updates and new features, ensuring that the Galician version continues to evolve at the same pace as the rest of the languages.
Each new tool that incorporates Galician is another step towards normalising its use in professional and technological contexts. We are proud to be part of that journey.
